Well let’s kick things off with the recruiter of the week. This is, as I’ve mentioned, become our favorite segment because it’s so much fun getting to know our colleagues and asking them random questions and seeing what their answers may be. So this week we have Cory that’s on our managed recruiting team. So we’ll bring in Cory.
Good morning Cory. Hey, good morning guys. How are ya? We’re doing great. How are you? I’m doing good. Happy to be here. So good to have you on Cory. First and foremost, please introduce yourself. Who are you? I know Ryan just shared what team you’re on, but you can let us know again. Tell us all the goods and then we’ll get into our game.
Yeah, definitely. So I’m Cory Kazmierski, I’m on the managed recruiting practice here at Hirewell. I support one of our great clients called Ntirety I love it. And we’re gonna have a lot of MRP or managed recruiting- I got this- managed recruiting. Good catch! Don’t worry. I did it myself. We’re going to have a lot of managed recruiting chat today, but we’re so excited to have you.
We are going to play the rapid fire questions game with you. For those of you joining for the first time, we’re going to put two minutes on the clock. Cory, your job is to answer as many questions as possible quickly, but of course, as thoughtfully as possible. Are you ready for this? I think so. Everyone else watching
are you ready? All right. Well, Ryan is going to ask your first question. Two minutes is on the clock in three, in two and go. Cory, what’s your favorite thing about working at Hirewell? Well,
I think I got to have the same answer as everybody else, but the people and the culture.
Love it. Amazing. Where are you located?
I’m out in the Northwest suburbs in Palatine. Okay, amazing. And see, like, we can have all these people because we’re remote. That’s fantastic. Cory what’s your favorite vacation spot? Ooh, that’s a tough one. I think I’m going to have to go join Emily down in Los Angeles, California. I’ve probably been there more than any other spot, but I love Southern California. Hirewell California, here we come. I think actually Matt Masucci might like join that little segment with us, but we’ll chat about that later. Yeah that works. If you could travel back in time, what year or decade would you choose and why? Ooh, that’s a good one. I’ve always been interested in kind of like the 1920s and that era.
Yeah. Yeah. Kind of roaring twenties, kind of just having all the fun out there. Some of that revolution stuff I’m interested in, I love history. So probably the 1920s would be where I’d go back to. I love it. And we’re in the twenties again, so it’s kind of funny. Yeah.
That’s what I’ve heard now that, you know, once we get past COVID, it’ll be like the roaring twenties all over again. I’m ready for it for sure. One day. One day, for sure. What’s one movie you could watch, like over and over and over again? I think the one I’ve probably watched the most is big daddy. I’m a big Adam Sandler fan
and that’s one that I could probably quote word for word. Scuba Steve Forever. Okay. What’s your favorite quote? Should we start from the top? Or no, what’s your favorite? I love the hip. He pop he hippopatamus.
That’s one of my favorite parts of the whole movie. Amazing. I love it. If you could attend any concert right now and they’re coming back, whose would it be? Ooh, that is a good question. I like Chris Stapleton a lot, from a country standpoint. I think he’ll be here in November. So trying to potentially get tickets for that if it’s still happening.
That’d probably be number one on my list at the moment. Yeah, I’d be in for that- Tennessee whiskey. I know that’s like one of his like popular song, like Bandwagon, but it is, I could listen to it over and over. It’s the most gorgeous song. I’ll give you my rendition later. Ryan, last question. All you! Follow up
question to that Cory. What’s your favorite Chris Stapleton song then? Ooh, I probably have to say Tennessee whiskey, admit it’s just the classic. It’s easy listening, just one you hear all the time. So that would have to be my favorite. It’s perfect. Your as smooth- all right, I’m done.
That was it. Beautiful Em. You are a star. Cut me now. No seriously segment done. I just ended it- mic dropped finish. Well, thanks for joining us Cory. It was great to have you. We love learning a little bit more about you so we’ll catch you later, but have a good rest of your day. You guys too. Thank you! Bye Cory
