So, what do you say Em, should we bring in this week’s recruiter of the week? Let’s bring her on in. Good morning to Mita! Hi guys. Hi Mita. Thanks for having me. Thanks for joining us. How are you? Good. I mean, I’m a little jealous that I’m not outside right now, but. I know, same. I’m jealous. Everyone,
come on over, come on out to Cali. We’ll just film in the backyard. It’ll be glorious. We’ll just get Em to start a west coast office. That sounds good to me. Oh Hirewell, California. You heard it here first everyone. I love it. Well, thanks so much for joining us Mita. Firstly, tell everyone your name, who you are, what practice you work at Hirewell. Sure. My name is Mita Patel and I work in the finance and accounting team. So I was the first hire in that team, which was pretty exciting, but now we’re growing. So we’re really pumped about that. We’re growing? Hirewell’s growing? No…
I thought you were aware but maybe not. We had no idea. So weird. Anyway, thank you so much for joining us Mita. We’re so happy to have you on. In case you don’t know how the two minute question games works, rapid fire questions, we are going to put two minutes on the clock. You will have that amount of time to answer as many questions as possible.
The goal is to go as quickly as possible, but also of course, answer the questions thoughtfully. Are you ready to do this? I’m ready. Let’s go. All right, she’s ready. Two minutes is on the clock and Ryan is going to ask your first question in three, in two, go! Mita, what’s your favorite thing about working at Hirewell? I think not being micromanaged to having the ability to like really have your own ideas and implement them. Love that!
No micromanaging, agree completely. If you were not recruiting, what would your dream job be? I don’t know, maybe like a stylist or like a professional gift to give giver like a- Oh I can see that for sure, as Mita takes, moves on from bags from behind her, that makes a ton of sense to me.
That’s amazing. And we’re going to have to talk about that later because I feel like the professional gift giving is like a love language. We’ll go into that later. We’ll just stay on after the show and talk about that. Aside from shopping, what is a hidden talent that you have? I don’t really know what my hidden talent is.
Well, we’re going to have to figure it out. Apparently it’s gift giving because that is a talent. Not everyone’s good at. Yeah. Maybe like some sort of like cooking. I can make something pretty well from like minimal ingredients, without thinking too hard. Put this on chopped immediately.
What are you currently reading or watching? I’m watching younger right now. How is it? It’s pretty good. It’s pretty good. Is that the show on MTV? I think it’s on my TV land or something, but it’s on a Hulu. I didn’t even know MTV was still a thing. Okay, great. Take me back to my days. What’s one food that you can’t live without? Pizza. Of course.
Okay, bonus question that we always have to ask if someone says pizza. What is your favorite place in Chicago to get pizza? Oh, it depends on the mood, you know, what type of pizza. But we just had craft pizza and I thought that was good. Like a nice like Neapolitan margarita pizza is kind of my jam.
Love me some Neapolitan. Final question. Are you ready for it? Ready. Favorite Chicago summer activity? Just like walking along the lake, you know, and then just like seeing everybody else like being so happy and active. I mean, it’s a buzz. The Chicago buzz like the summer buzz should have a name. Maybe I just named it.
Maybe it’s the Chicago summer buzz. But it’s a thing. There is like a different energy, I love it. And it’s already starting, like, no matter where you are, like when you’re outside, you can feel it. Yeah. And we finally have the weather to match it. So now we can be outside and actually enjoy summertime Chi. Completely. Well, Mita you absolutely crushed it.
We are so excited. I know you had some technical difficulties. She’s got like five computers on her floor right now. She’s like on her phone, but no one will ever know. Welome to show business, baby. Thank you. Thanks for having me, girls. Have a nice rest of your day. Thanks Mita! Have a good day.
