Let’s kick it right off into our recruiter of the week segment. Well let’s bring in Molly. Hey Molly. Welcome to the show! Hey guys, how are you? Great. How are you going? I’m doing really well. I was in Michigan over the weekend for Halloween, but back at it and- what, What were you for Halloween? I didn’t really participate in dressing up, which I know sounds bad. But the Michigan State game was on Saturday, so I wore Michigan State gear as my costume.

As my costume, I love that. That’s tough. Tough game for us but yeah. Good- good game for us this year. I guess. We never beat you guys, so we’ll take it. Molly, I have a question for you. Mm-hmm. In terms of Michigan, were you in Petoskey? Mm-hmm. So nobody I know has ever heard of Petoskey, Michigan nor gone before, but I am obsessed with it.

I used to go there when I was younger and also fun fact, Petoskey, Michigan beaches are covered in Petoskey stones. Yes. So I actually grew up going to Harbor Springs and Petoskey is like the nearest bigger city of Harbor, which it’s still very small. But Harbor has like no fast food places or any like chain restaurants or anything.

So going to Petoskey is like always a big, big thing. I’m learning a lot today, gals. I am learning a lot, let me tell you. Well, we’re really excited to have you on Molly. I know I’ve been looking forward to this. It’s been a long time coming. I’m actually really surprised that you’ve never been on because I feel like you’re very active on like LinkedIn and like social media for Hirewell. So when I saw your name, I was like wait, Molly’s never been on here? So we’re pumped. Long time coming. Before we get started in our game, can you tell us, tell the folks, tell all the millions of viewers watching, what do you do at Hirewell? Yeah, I’m a recruiter. Just good old recruiter right now. I started almost a year ago,

like end of November will be my one year, which is crazy. But yeah, I’m on the marketing team and I absolutely love it. It’s been great. And hopefully 2023 brings some new exciting things for me. I know it will. Quick, quick. Another fun fact about Molly, as you all know, because you’ve been on this journey with us for a while,

I lived in Chicago for about eight years and moved back home to Los Angeles where I live now. And was trying to get rid of everything, like starting fresh, no furniture. So I was selling all these things on like Facebook marketplace or whatever. Molly, pre Hirewell, did not know each other, bought my dresser.

And then like Molly’s second week of work she’s like, “This is really weird, but did I buy your dresser because you’re saved on my phone as like Emily Dresser girl” or like, what am I? Like dresser- you’re like Emily Goor dresser. That’s going to be my new title right there, Emily Goor dresser- we’re going to change it. So we love that.

Molly and I go way back basically is what I’m saying. But we are excited! We’re going to play our rapid fire questions game with you. Two minutes on the clock. We will ask as many questions as thoughtful, so answer them quickly, but thoughtfully. Those final 30 seconds is your lightning round. It has to be either or.

There’s no gray area. So if you’re feeling torn, just do the first thing that comes to your mind. Are you ready? I’m ready. All right, Ryan will ask your first question in 3, 2, 1, go. Molly, what’s your favorite thing about working at Hirewell? My favorite thing about working at Hirewell is easily the people

and my team. Everyone’s super supportive, great management. Just overall, that’s easily my favorite part. Very good answer. What’s your guilty pleasure TV show? Ooh, my guilty pleasure TV show, top of my mind is Friday Night Lights. Fun. So good! Clear Eyes, full hearts. Thank you. I was like, “Oh, are we going to get it?”

We got it. I know we got it. We figured it out. What is your favorite fast chain food restaurant? Taco Bell. What’s your Taco Bell order? Obviously Crunch Wrap Supreme’s in there, but I tend to get like five different things. Yeah, as you should. So the hard shell tacos, crunch wraps, freeman. Usually it’s happening at the end of the evening, so you know. I may or may not have also ordered Taco Bell last weekend, but. There you go.

Perfect. As we all should be doing. What was your very first job? My very first job was a camp counselor/babysitter. Amazing. Also was a camp counselor. Yeah, good times. What is the best piece of professional advice that someone’s given Ooh, this is a tough one. Probably just to continue to ask questions like- love that.

Always ask questions and be willing to learn every day. That’s a very good answer. Killed that answer. Yeah, that was hard. Assumed you’re making dinner tonight because you send me so many fall recipes, I don’t even know what to do with them. If you were to make dinner tonight, what would you be cooking?

Honestly tonight, still early in the week, probably a frozen meal from Trader Joe’s. Excellent. I’m not sure which one yet, but that would be the go-to. Let us know because I’m always looking for some good TJ’s frozen foods, you know. Final question before we do lightning round? Okay.

Yep. Final question. What is your favorite place that you’ve ever traveled to? My favorite place that I’ve ever traveled to was recently- and Ryan, I know I told you a little bit about this before I went. But I went to Banff Canada, which was absolutely beautiful. So high on my list. So high on my list. I need your whole itinerary.

I will. I have it. Here we go. Winter or summer? Summer. Go out or stay in? Oh, go out. Early bird or night owl? Night owl. Coffee or tea? Coffee. Sweet or savory? Savory. Cook or takeout? Cook. Hard or soft shell tacos Ms. Taco Bell? Hard. Hard, easy. Easy. I love that. This is a difficult one, but toilet paper over or under?

That’s a good question. There’s only one answer. Under I think. I think that’s wrong, but that’s fine. I think that’s wrong too but you answered so it’s fine. It’s fine really. Ok. It’s definitely over. No, no. You’re doing great. You’re doing great. Stay with it. Yeah, okay. Sauce on the side or just like on top, all up in your food?

Probably on top and honestly probably extra on the side if I’m being quite honest. That’s fair. That’s a fair answer. That is fair for sure. One more Ry. Last one- weekends or holidays? Holidays. That was hard cause like I would want to say both to that one too. We’ll see, but holidays. But you did really well with that.

Like really impressed by your performance there. Those were some quick answers. I prepared you guys. I watched some practice videos. We’ve been getting that a lot recently. Yeah, we’ve been getting that. But you still crushed it. That was very, very good. Thank you. I loved doing that. Thank you for joining us.

Let us know what you eat for dinner tonight. We want to know and we would love TJ’s- Trader Joe’s, please, if you’re out there listening, please sponsor us. Please sponsor us. Yep. And if not, at least we’ll have something new to buy from Trader Joe’s. Yes, I will definitely let you guys know what I end up whipping up.

Thank you, Molly. Thanks for joining. We hope to see you back soon. Yeah, thanks for having me. We’ll see you. Bye guys. Bye.
