Well, why don’t we start things off with our all-time favorite segment of the week. We’ve actually spiced things up a little bit too and added in some new questions. So for those in our audience that have been watching since January, we’re going to ask some things that we haven’t asked before, and that’s exciting. You just wait!

Yeah. So just wait. You don’t even know what’s coming. I love it. Well, why don’t we bring in this week’s recruiter of the week, Shpresa. Good morning. Hey, good morning. We’re so happy to have you! So happy to be here. Well, we’re so excited to have you! For those of you who don’t know, maybe this is your first time joining us on the Hirewell update for our recruiter of the week segment,

we are going to play a rapid-fire questions game where Ryan and I will ask our recruiter of the week questions as quickly as we can. Two minutes are on the clock. Shpresa your job is to answer these questions quickly, but of course, thoughtfully. Can you handle it? Absolutely. Well, two minutes is going onto the clock.

Ryan will ask the first question in three, in two, go! What’s your favorite thing about working in Hirewell? Oh, absolutely the people. But I mean, besides that, what I really like about Hirewell is that we’re able to help any qualified candidates. So we have like, obviously the tech team, sales, HR, finance and accounting, digital marketing.

So I think that’s really cool. I love it. I love it. All of those practices. If you could travel back in time, what year or decade would you choose and why? Ooh, probably the eighties cause everyone always talks about the eighties and I think that fashion in the eighties was great. So that’s my answer. Well, I was born in the eighties.

I am aging myself by saying that, but I was only in it for a few months. It was great. I can tell you that. I was going to say you’re like a Christmas baby. So it was awesome. When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up? A teacher.

I love it. Been there, done that. If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be? Probably Drake. I feel like he has fun. I love it. I love it. Hey Drake, call us.

If you weren’t recruiting and you weren’t a teacher, what dream job would you have? Probably something in health and wellness. Yeah, that’s what I went to school for. Ooh, CoLab. Hello? Okay. These questions are so good Ryan. If you were in the middle of a zombie apocalypse, who are three people you’d want on your team? Honestly, probably all my siblings.

I couldn’t leave one of them out. So I have two older sisters and a younger brother. So not Drake for the record. Just want to party with Drake.

To be honest, totally same. Alright last question Ryan, hit her. Last question is what’s your favorite season of the year? Ooh. I want to say summertime Chi, but as I’ve gotten older I want say fall. Fall is excellent. I do not disagree at all. Fall is great, but I also feel like with whatever’s happening with climate, climate’s a little crazy.

I feel like we’re getting more late summer. So fall actually like pretty gorgeous here. Who knows? What do I know? We’ll see what happens. The world’s on fire, but it’s fine. Fingers crossed we get some good fall weather. Fingers crossed for sure. Well, you absolutely crushed that. Seriously killed it.
