It’s all coded ageism. And it’s all BS.
There’s a lot of aspects of getting older. Many of them undeniably suck. But how you’re evaluated in the workplace shouldn’t be one.
Age bias is rooted in falsehoods. And they linger because companies don’t feel comfortable addressing them.
