James Hornick is joined by Asfa Malik (VP Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion and Leadership Development at the Addison Group)
Asfa’s search was unconventional. After 25 years at IRI, she was happy and not looking for a new job, but instead looking for a renewed sense of meaning and value: a place where she could contribute in solving new challenges. It took her a year of varied consulting engagements to be able to answer the question ‘How did I want to end my career?’
