Everywhere you look, there is another news story about ChatGPT and Generative AI. While VC funding is way down – anyone writing checks, is investing it in Generative AI.
All of our inboxes are flooded with AI “solutions” that will solve all of our problems. It is almost like everyone on the crypto bandwagon pivoted to AI.
There’s no doubt AI will shape all aspects of business. It will absolutely impact recruiting and talent acquisition. But let’s temper things a bit.
