The Andy Cohen’s of the recruiting industry. So when you think Andy Cohen, what do you think? I mean, he has made such a name for himself with his reunions, with his debriefing of “Let’s talk about this salacious season and everything that just happened, give me all the details so that I can share it with the media.” Essentially, we’re the other side of that, call me after your interview. Tell me did I describe the role as it was? You know, what did you think of the hiring manager? What did you think of the office? Are you excited? Are you not excited? So that we can pass that information along.

Exactly. Exactly. And really just allows us to be able to kind of set up the next step, whatever that might be. Yeah, exactly. Hundred percent. Well, that’s Andy Cohen. And why you need to be transparent with your recruiter during an interview process. Exactly. Thanks for tuning in, we’ll see you next week.
