And a few weeks ago, we were able to get together with all of our Hirewell colleagues at our in person event, and we knew we needed them in a couple of our videos, so you’ll get to see some more Hirewell faces this week.
Yeah, and we are so excited because this week’s episode, we are connecting the Real Housewives franchise with our very own Real Recruiters of Hirewell, where we have little interview snippets with some of our colleagues, and talk about what is your favorite thing about working at Hirewell. So we thought this would also be a great time to reintroduce ourselves as we tell you our favorite thing. If you are just tuning in for our show, my name is Liz Everett. I have been with Hirewell for a year yesterday, actually. And I am one of the lead recruiters on the corporate functions team.
Absolutely love recruiting, business development, all the things. Especially love co-hosting the show with Shania, and excited for her to share a little bit about herself. Yeah, my name is Shania Johnson. I am a part of the go to market practice at Hirewell. I’m a recruiter there and my favorite thing about working at Hirewell is definitely all of the people.
Like, I got to meet my wonderful co-host Liz, all the people on my team, across the teams. Everyone is just so awesome to work with and that’s what keeps me going every day. Hi, my name’s Eliza. I’m on the Corporate Functions team, and my favorite thing about Hirewell is the people.
Hi, I’m Kierra. I’m on the tech team here at Hirewell. And my favorite thing about working here is the people that I get to work with every day and the client experiences that we get to have placing people at their dream jobs.
My name is Marlee. I’m a lead recruiter on the Corporate Functions team here at Hirewell. My favorite thing about working at Hirewell is the flexibility. You get to work with people all over the country.
Hi, I’m Richard. I’m a VP here at Hirewell in the marketing practice, or actually go to market now. I’ve been here for over seven years, but my favorite thing is really the leadership. You know, from transparency, communication, and really just the support over the past seven years. It’s something that I haven’t experienced elsewhere, so I’m really grateful to be here and happy to be a part of it.
My favorite thing about working at Hirewell is definitely the people, but on top of that, I think the collaboration that you get to work with your people at Hirewell. And the teams, and the type of clients we get to partner with is top notch. We are very supportive. We partner with all types of organizations and you learn something new every day, not only from your coworkers, but from the clients and candidates that we work with.
